Experiences by Brooch

The art of putting the right people
in the room.

Brooch Associates powers bespoke gatherings, salons, and diplomatic convenings for organisations navigating international expansion, institutional relationship-building, and cultural intelligence. We architect the room. You own the outcome.

The Practice

Diplomatic Choreography

Mastering diplomatic skills powers the race to the top. Whether on the global stage or in your own backyard, it is the art of diplomacy that encompasses the aspirational and the elegant , the graciousness that leads to productive conversations, relationships, and partnerships.

Sound advice from highly trained diplomats ensures that networks built are networks retained , that events are memorable rather than forgotten, that meetings become occasions, and occasions lead to growth opportunities.

"Numbers on spreadsheets only tell half the story. Our world is laced in cultural nuance, chance encounters, and charisma. Architects of experiences understand these drivers of impact , and curate them."

What We Build

Experience Formats

Experiential Salons
Intimate gatherings designed to introduce a brand to a new cultural elite in a single, high-leverage occasion. The Berry Brothers & Rudd model, a recurring salon series that develops a cult following and positions the convener as a cultural authority, not merely a vendor.
Collector Summits
Bespoke convenings that deepen loyalty among your brand's most commercially significant relationships. Curator-level introductions, cultural framing, and an experience architecture that makes the occasion unforgettable and the relationship irreplaceable.
Executive Retreats
Leadership gatherings at landmark properties, Kinross House, the Biltmore, Napa Valley, that double as soft power investments. Strategic facilitation, curated speakers, and an environment designed for the conversations that cannot happen in your boardroom.
Opening Activations
For luxury hospitality properties at the moment of opening, social capital architecture, founding membership curation, and an inaugural experience calendar that honours the property's heritage and defines what the room becomes.
Moderating & Hosting
Board meetings, conference chairing, awards hosting, and panel moderation, designed with the same precision and cultural intelligence as every Brooch engagement. The room is never accidental.
